4. Deposit and reservation

Once you’ve made your choice, your selected property can be reserved under your name after a deposit payment. The deposit locks the price for 14–20 days to protect against market changes.

If you proceed, it’s deducted from the final payment; if not, it’s fully refunded.

You can reserve your property online or in person.

5. Purchase procedures

We finalize your payment plan (full or installment), prepare all required documents, and initiate the sale. After the title deed transfer (Tapu) is complete, citizenship application (if applicable) can begin in parallel.
