The personal data mentioned above are automatically collected through servers and software programs used.

Your collected personal data may be transferred to authorized institutions without notification and without seeking your explicit consent upon request within the scope of Article 28 of the Law. In addition, in unforeseen circumstances, your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, within the limits and purposes stipulated by law. Furthermore, your personal data may be shared with legal departments for obtaining legal consultancy and ensuring the legal security of Reptur, as well as with cloud and archival service providers for storage and archiving purposes.

Your personal data may be transferred abroad within the scope of the email service infrastructure hosting the email contact addresses sent to the data subjects.

As data subjects, you can submit your requests regarding your rights by filling out the Data Subject Application Form published on the website www.reptur.ru, or by sending a written application containing your name, surname, and if the application is in written form, your signature, your Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or ID number if available for foreigners, your address for notification or workplace address, electronic mail address for notification if any, telephone and fax number, subject of the request, using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to Reptur and registered in Reptur’s system to the address OTTO Business Center, Barbaros, Mimar Sinan St. No:165, Floor 5, Office 36, 34746 Ataşehir / Istanbul, Turkey or the contact address [email protected]. Depending on the nature of the request, Reptur will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days from the notification. However, if the process requires an additional cost, Reptur will charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Within this scope, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data are processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data and notification of third parties to whom the data are transferred, request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing no longer exist and notification of third parties, object to the occurrence of results against themselves by analysis of processed data exclusively by automatic systems, and demand compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing.
