Clarification Policy on Cookie Use Within the Scope of Personal Data Protection Law

1. What are cookies
Cookies are small data units temporarily stored on your computer or mobile device by your browser. Cookies do not contain personal information about you and are not used to identify individual users. Cookies typically contain a unique identifier, which is an anonymous number stored on your device. Some cookies expire at the end of your website session, while others remain on your device for a longer period.

2. Purpose of Using Cookies
www.reptur.ru, www.reptur.com, www.reptur.de, www.reptur.com.tr use cookies during your visit to maximize your user experience, create a user-friendly website, monitor our own performance, ensure your security and privacy during your visit, and to store your username and password information under the membership/participant section.

3. Types of Cookies
Cookies are classified into “persistent cookies” and “session cookies.”

i. Persistent cookies are created upon your first visit to the website and remain on your device throughout their “lifetime” or until you delete them. They are activated again each time you visit the website from your device.

ii. Session cookies are also known as "temporary cookies." These are valid during the “browser session,” which starts when you open your browser window and ends when you close it. Once you close your browser, all session cookies are deleted.

Cookies can also be categorized as “first-party cookies” or “third-party cookies.”

First-party cookies are created and managed directly by our company.

Third-party cookies belong to and are managed by third parties such as our business partners and service providers.

Based on their functions, cookies fall into four main categories: “strictly necessary cookies,” “performance cookies,” “functionality cookies,” and “advertising/targeting cookies.”

Strictly necessary cookies are required for identity verification and security purposes, especially under the membership/participant section. These cookies do not collect information for marketing purposes or to track your activity on other websites.

Performance cookies collect anonymous data for statistical purposes to determine how users interact with the website and are used to improve the user experience during your visit. These cookies do not contain personal data. Without these cookies, we cannot understand how our website performs or make necessary improvements to offer a better experience.

Functionality cookies allow the website to be customized to your needs and preferences and remember your previous choices. These cookies are used to provide personalized services such as language and location preferences. The data collected by these cookies does not track your activity on other websites. Without these cookies, the website cannot remember your preferences and cannot offer you a personalized experience.

Advertising/targeting cookies collect information about your browsing habits, remember that you visited a website, and may share this information with other organizations. This allows advertisements related to your interests to reach you. Although these cookies can track your visits to other websites, they generally do not identify who you are personally. Without these cookies, you may encounter fewer content aligned with your interests.

Managing and Disabling Cookies

Most internet browsers are set to allow cookies automatically. You can limit, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings or set it to notify you when cookies are being sent to your device. If you access our company’s website from different devices, make sure each browser’s “cookie settings” are configured according to your preferences.
